OUR MISSION

Balboa Middle School will educate all students in a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment. In partnership with families and our school community we will build academic skills, foster social-emotional learning, honor the diversity of students, inspire students to achieve their personal best and encourage students to lead healthy and productive lives.

At our school, we believe every student can be a leader. Through Leader in Me and the 7 Habits, students build confidence, take ownership of their learning, set goals, work collaboratively, and discover their unique strengths.

By developing leadership skills every day, we empower students to make positive choices, build strong relationships, and become leaders at school, at home, and in their community.
