In order to try out, practice, or be rostered on a team, every athlete must:

• Complete a current sports physical

Balboa Middle School did not offer competitive athletics as that term is defined by Education Code Section 221.9(e) in the 2020-2021 school year.

Title IX Athletics Documentation

Every school district that receives federal funding is required to designate and/or adequately train at least one employee to coordinate the recipient’s Title IX responsibilities.
